Is Boosting Safe?

While boosting is often frowned upon, boosting services are safe and are a huge market. It's very similar to skin sales in games such as CS:GO.

Can you get banned for using boosting services?

If you have ordered "Play with a Booster" add-on, that that is pretty much not possible. Just think about it this way - how could anyone such as Riot or Valve distinguish a player playing with a friend from a player playing with a booster, when the transaction (friendship or payment) is out of their reach? If they want to prevent this, they would need to prevent queueing with big skill gaps completely.

If you have ordered solo boost, the likelihood of a ban is still close to none. While technically, it is against their ToS, we've seen the ban rate in some games to be 0% while in other games (such as League of Legends) to be around 0.01% (1 case in >10k orders) and even in that case it is a 30-day account suspension as they don't ban permanently for boosting on first detection.

What if I get banned?

It's unlikely that has happened but let's imagine it is the case.

In such a case, our main priority would be to make up for the situation. So a full refund would be a must here. On top of that, we would work with you to find a reasonable resolution here, for example, getting you a replacement account while you wait out the suspension period.

Again, we are so confident that it won't happen that we're going way beyond just a refund in cases like these.
