Help CenterBoosting with Eloking is like riding with Uber - you just specify your desired destination and we take care of the rest.
What is the boosting process like?
The boosting process is very simple. Here is the short outline of the process:
- You specify the boost details (i.e., what rank you want to get)
- You place an order and pay
- A booster picks up your order (you will see it in your order details page)
- You communicate with the booster directly through Eloking (through order details page)
- The booster guides you throughout the journey, incl. how to join his in-game lobby, etc
- The booster plays with you (or from your account) and reaches your desired goal
- The order gets marked as completed
How long until the boost starts/booster joins?
Normally the order is picked up within 15-30 minutes after the order has been placed. Once the booster picks up the order you’ll be able to discuss the start and finish of the boost in more detail.
If you’d like the booster to start the order right away you can select the Priority order option when placing the order. This way the fulfillment will start within 10 minutes after the order is picked up.
How long will the boost take?
Order duration strongly depends on the type of boost and game you select. For example, if the boost is SOLO & 5 set wins - our team will get it done today regardless of the game. If, however, the boost is more complex, like for multiple divisions - it will take longer.
If you have already placed an order and want to know how long it will take, feel free to ask the booster directly in the order chat. If you haven't yet placed the order, you can message us through Live Chat about that.
Can I talk with the booster (TeamSpeak, Discord, etc.)?
Communicating with customers on other platforms is strictly prohibited. All communications must be on the Eloking platform only. You can chat with the booster directly from the Eloking Members Area. If you have selected the Streaming or Coaching options, this will be provided on the Community Discord Server where you can speak with the booster directly. Also, you are free to communicate with the booster in-game.
Can I play during the boost?
Yes, but only games such as normal/unranked games that do not impact the active boost progress. If you have an active order for a ranked solo/duo queue then you shouldn’t play that queue as your losses can increase the length of the boost and therefore cost you extra.
Can I place an order now and play later?
Once the order is picked up you can discuss further details with the booster directly. If the order takes a long time you’ll be able to agree on a schedule that suits your needs the best.
