<p>When you place a solo order on Eloking, you need to provide your account login credentials through the website. You can do it in the order page through Boost Actions &gt; Update Credentials. This way the account credentials are stored securely and will be automatically deleted upon order completion.</p>

<p>While there are many security measures in place, it is always best to take all possible means to protect your account no matter what. Here are a few tips on what you can do to safeguard your account:</p>

<li>Enable Two Factor Authentification (2FA) / Steam Guard</li>
<li>Change the password after the boost</li>
<li>Make sure your email is verified prior to the boost</li>
<li>Do not share your login credentials in the chat. Instead, use the designated credential-sharing feature through Boost Actions &gt; Update Credentials</li>
<li>Do not share your 2FA recovery codes with anyone, including the booster</li>
<li>Do not engage in chat conversations with "Customer Support" and similar - there are tons of scam attempt cases where your in-game friend is messaging you with the name "Customer Support" and tries to get information out of you. Be careful.</li>
